At UY Luxe Hair Co., we are committed to delivering premium luxury hair with exceptional care and service. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
- Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout for eligible orders placed before the daily shipping cutoff time.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
UY Luxe Hair Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address change.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
UY Luxe Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing any necessary shipping information.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs agency.
Shipping Restrictions
For security purposes, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
